Assalamu Alaikum!
As partial fulfillment of CMM’s vision that we become productive members of the Muslim youth, we, the youth scholars from Taguig are proposing for the following activities:
1) Regular contribution of articles for CMM’s The Universal Message to share what we’ve learned from the Sunday seminars.
2) Exchanging of friendly letters with the other CMM scholars in Mindanao to establish friendship and goodwill with them.
3) Creation of free internet account(s) to improve our awareness to social issues and to befriend moderate and productive Muslim youth organizations here in the country and other parts of the globe.
We hope that by contributing articles to The Universal Message, we will be able to share to the world an inside scoop to the noble activity, which CMM conducts every Sunday. That is providing youth and women free lessons we learn to other young Muslims who are unable to physically attend the seminars, thus spreading the enlightenment and blessings of the lessons from the classrooms in Taguig to the corners of the earth reached by CMM’s publication. And InshaAllah, our articles will be able to invite more of the Muslim youth to attend the seminar.
We would be very excited to make new friends from the youth scholars in Mindanao. We hope this would establish among us an ideal friendship or camaraderie bounded by Islam, something which the Muslim youth of today needs to create more. We hope that getting to know each other, and being able to exchange words and thoughts will make all of us young Muslims supported by CMM more socially and religiously aware and productive.
We have the same intended purpose for creating an internet mailing account, except that we hope to make friends with other moderate Muslim youth in the world. This is to consider that at this modern age, the internet offers a vast arena for making us productive through learning and effective interaction with others.
These suggestions are what we have come up with so far, which we think could realize your visions in selflessly supporting us and in order for us to be able to give back a little for the benefits we’ve been receiving from CMM.
